1. Interesting design - maybe a bit too much, with all those fancy colors and fabrics you see now everywhere - well positioned close to Oxford Street but away from noise and hustle, good service. Rooms well designed but without some of the facilities one expects from a 4-star hotel - no minibar, no heated towel rail in the bathroom, no tea/coffee making facilities. Good experience overall.
