1. This hotel had a wonderful setting and was in a beautiful place. The front of house staff, such as on reception were very helpful and polite but the staff in the restaurant and bar were terrible. We were appauled at the service. It took half an hour to get served a drink and the pricing was different every time. It took us twenty minutes to pay for the bill in the restaurant. All the other guests were also un happy with the service Anonymous
