1. Very friendly and helpful. Only adverse comment is that internet was charged at 80 HK$ per day, very expensive. Other hotels in the area provide it for free. This may influence my decision to stay there next time. Otherwise a very good hotel. Michael Griffiths, Thailand
01-Jul-072. my reservation was confirmed incorrectly so instead of a double non smoking room that I had requested I had been allocated a twin smoking room. Did not appreciate having to argue with front desk after 14 hour flight, though eventually they were able to accomodate me. hotel in good location and adequate for price, though the room service breakfast is really bad - I would recommend going to the Starbucks next door. Also there is a permanent musty smell about the place (particularly in the bedrooms) which you find in many HK hotels which are not top rate. service from porters was extremely good and helpful.
