1. The level of service from all of the staff was excellent, nothing was an issue, they could not help you enough, the meals were excellent the room was quaint.

2. The Staff were super friendly and knew us by our names. We stayed 3 days and didn't want to leave. The Breakfast provided was excellent. The rooms were very clean. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the Vatican and numerous restaurants or cheap bus fare into the city for a day of sightseeing. It is worth booking at this hotel if you stay in Rome.
