1. There was one very small toilet/shower room between (I think) 6 potentially double rooms. The toilet/shower room was so small it was only just possible to dry myself after a shower - standing in the corridor would have been easier but ... !

2. Continental Breakfast was very basic even by European standards, but enough to get you going for the day. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The pub up the road had great Bangers and Mash. The staff were reasonably helpful, which was a change for most London Hotels of that level. Hot water took a while to appear - sometimes had to let the tap run for 10 to 15 minutes. Reasonably central, but close to Hyde Park which is always nice to walk through. Would stay there again.
