1. The hotel rooms are extremly small but otherwise it's a good hotel in an excellent location. Room size is typically like most european hotels. The room we got was 803 and 804 and AC wroked fine and the room did not smell! Location is it's best seller as it is close to MRT, shopping and the free airport drop off point. Faris Deen, Sri Lanka
05-Apr-072. We were very disappointed with the Mayfair Garden Hotel. Our room was very very dirty and smelt quite bad so we asked to move to another room. We booked a non-smoking room but were told there were none available. The smoke from other guests was so strong we tried to use a blanket to block the smoke from coming under the door; however, as the heating in our room was not working we needed the blanket to keep warm. We left a day early. The location was good. Very close the MTR (the trains in Hong Kong were cleaner than this hotel!). The staff were generally friendly. Gregory Fox, Australia
