1. Service in the Jayakarta was good - the staff were very friendly. However, as previously noted by other guests, the breakfast served was really only so-so - but given the price, I can't really complain much. Cleanliness of the room could've been better. There were still hair on the floor from the previous occupant and that was slightly disgusting. And everytime I needed to take a shower, I had to call up the Maintenance Department to switch on my hot water. Apart from that, it was a nice enough stay. Anonymous
