1. On two occassions we requested something from reception, who indicated that they would immediately bring it. Never eventuated till after 2hrs I went to reception. The rooms were not to the star rating it seems to have. Housekeeping entered our room early in the morning without knocking. The hallways were continually full of empty beer bottles unruley/drunken behaviour no control. I would not recommend this glorified (backpackers) place as it turns out to be. There were more issues however there would be not enough room to write. I definately do not recommend this place. I have stayed in many over ther years this rates amongest the worst.
