1. On arrival (and for the first night) we were not given the rooms we booked (one double and one twin) even though these had been confirmed with the hotel a week before. Lightbulbs in the room did not work and we gave up trying to get them replaced after three requests to the Reception staff failed to make anything happen. Stephen Rogers, United Kingdom
