1. This hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. The location is top, with the Russel Square tube entrance just around the corner, and a lot of London landmarks within walking distance. If you are looking for a spa pampering etc. then don't come here as it is more a place to spend the night rather than a luxury resort. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly use this hotel again if I was staying in central London.

2. The hotel was in a fantastic location, and although we had trouble with the lighting in our first room, the hotel were quick to make amendments and we were upgraded. Would definetly stay here again.
