1. A great hotel for anyone staying in Bali. Only issues were theft (sunglasses from the pool area (may have been the staff as the towels, ashtray and empty soft drink cans went at the same time)) and that they often did not pick-up the phones for reception and customer relations (which was irritating). Other than these issues it is a great place to stay, has beautiful pools, a great restaraunt (which has great live bands of an evening) and many places to shop and have fun. The rooms are small and unexceptional and the prices (for Bali) is average bordering on expensive. Anonymous
