1. Excellent location next to Shannon Airport. Rooms are good. Service in the bar for food is slow and not sufficient for the number of guest wishing to eat there Judy Quinlan, Ireland
23-Aug-072. The Great Soutern is now called the "The Park Inn". It is extremely convenient to Shannon Airport. However, the hotel is badly in need of updating and renovations, especially interior painting throughout the rooms and hallways. Also, the hotel does not yet have internet access within the rooms which was a big disappointment. Carol Corcoran, United States
