1. Excellent service, great facilities, really friendly people. Absolutely nothing to complain about. There were always space to park the car in the street right outside the hotel, but it would have been great to be allowed to park in the huge empty hotel car park (not justified 15 euro per day for a 4-star hotel). Definitely a place to recommend.

2. Easy journey by bus into all the sites (an easy walk to the Vatican) The Hotel is in a good residential area. Very good in all respects.
