1. I would like to tell you that the people who were working at the desk were rude. They were not helpful at all. Anything we needed like how to use the lights in the room to directions to getting a car to the airport they were unable to assist us. I would never stay there again.

2. Not at all what it looks like from the photos looks more glamorous than it is,buffet breakfast is totally disgusting not cooked properly and cold.The one bar is very pleasant but overpriced location is a bit out of the way but a nice setting
