1. This hotel was clean and friendly. It was a little noisey at night so I recommend ear plugs to sleep. It looked as if the bathroom had been recently upgraded. Would stay again if going back to Paris, close to Metro and the staff were friendly.

2. Republique precinct is very close to everything and very good to catch the metro: The proprietors were very helpful, the hotel was very simple but clean and convenient: Well priced, breakfast for 6 euros was good
