1. Same old breakfast every morning. No coffee/tea facilities outwith breakfast. Lift not always working. Despite being told check-out time was noon, housemaid knocked our bedroom 3 times to get us out which was our intention anyway.

2. The hotel needs some repair-work: 1. Air conditioning did not work well, so the room was uncomfortably hot. 2. Shades on one window were broken so the room became very bright in the morning, making it hard to sleep well. 3. The plug in the bathtub was broken.
