1. Hotel is tired. Lots of little things make you aware that the hotel is in need of a good refurbishment, not up to normal Four Seasons standard (or is it going down?) Staff not well trained with many instances of failure to recognise or be aware of customers needs - in breakfast server forgot to tell me that the buffet was differently priced if I had hot in addition to cold food (never seen that before), staff were late for a massage (out of facility at a meeting), recomense for this by manager not good, offered room upgrade after I wwas already established in my room, did not offer reimbursement ofr my wasted day - which I might have expected as I came back for massage buyt i was so angry by the time the girl arrived i was no longer in mood for 'my relaxation'. Very overpriced and not very client orientated, a big change from my previous expereinces of Four Seasons. Martin Rothman, United Kingdom
