1. Extremely disappointing. Blood stain on the shower curtain. Hugh dark stain in the carpet in middle of floor. Sour milk and rotten fruit from previous tennant left in fridge. Rude arrogant check in staff. Bar prices 25% more expensive than other bars in the locallity. Honeymoon trip around the world and out of 4 hotels this was the most expensive with the worst facilities and staff we encountered. DONT STAY HERE.

2. Location is great: There is an entrance to Grand Central station right around the corner on Lexington, with subway and train connections. You can walk to Times Square & Central Park. Rooms are nice, lobby area is a bit dated (but its an old building), everything is very clean, good toiletries in the room ! Would recommend this hotel , very good vlaue for Manhatten.
