1. Good hotel overall, in terms of cleanliness this is a new building, and was spotless. Facilities are what you would expect from an Express Holiday Inn lodging, however I think the other 4 criterion are more important though. Service is good, and pricewise, it's reasonable for what is an expensive city to stay. Only slight gripe is location. Park Royal Holiday Inn is right next door North Acton tube station which is on the Central Line. If this line is open, then it's an ideal base from which to explore London, and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. However, if this section of the Central Lline shuts down for some arbitrary reason at the weekend, (as it did for my stay) it's somewhat more inconvenient in terms of getting around.
