1. The hotel was far from clean, holes in towels, dirty small bathroom with bloody band-aids, the floors had food left on them as well. The bathroom was very small with low pressure which made it difficult to feel clean. The shower was also about the size of a large sink to stand in. Great location for a traveler who needs to be close to the tube but that's about it. It would have been worth it to pay much more money in order to have a clean place to stay.

2. If you consider the hotel and room as providing a bed for a sleep and a base for exploring London it is great. If you are looking for the hotel to provide facilities, then pay more and go elsewhere. Breakfast is included and very basic.
