1. This is a top hotel. Everything is perfect from comfort to location to facilities. The roof top pool was amazing and perfect for somewhere to relax after a morning of sightseeing. The staff were ever so friendly, always happy to give you 100%. Although a little pricy it reflects it in the service and I will def stay here again. Rakhee Patel, United Kingdom
08-Sep-072. excellent location in the heart of Madrid. It was only 5 minutes walk to all the shops and resturants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially the roof top swimming pool. The only draw back is that the walls between each of the rooms are not very thick and you can hear noise from outside the room. Make sure you drink plenty of alcohol so you cannot hear anything and sleep soundly!!!!. Seriously really good stay and very nice hotel Garrie O'Neill, Ireland
