1. Gorgeous beds, very nice generally, twin room a little bit cramped considering what we were paying. Can get a bit crowded around the reception and concierge, they dont provide kettles for making tea but will bring one if you ask. Have to pay for internet, but overall staying here was very pleasant. 13-May-072. the facilities are really old. my room conditioner was broken so it was either boiling hot or icy cold. they switched room for me and it was better but still not at comfortable temperature. nobody picked up laundry hanged at doors. must call to pick up. Anonymous
