1. Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Rooms spacious, well designed but we were not happy with the heating on the first night of our stay. Much improved on the second night. Excellent breakfast. Close to Dart railway therefore easy access to Dublin. A very good place to stay

2. TV reception in rooms is very poor. This needs upgrading to bring it in line with other Hotels.
