1. The location is great and convenient! Near to shopping malls and red CAT bus stop. The interior is quite old but they are renovating now so hopefully we can expect a better one in the near future. Wee Chie Ong, Singapore
26-May-072. A beautiful art-deco style building that is currently going through a phased refurbishment. Perfectly positioned to walk into the Hay Street Mall, Perth (150 meters). Room had everything needed, although the toilet roll holder was broken. Air-con effective and, best of all, silent! Hotel located in the Asian food end of Hay street with a traditional Japanese eatery next door (discount applied), and a bar/bottleshop (not used). Will be going back to the Criterion.
