1. The staff in receiption serive is awful. We have call receiption to book the bus ticket for us in advance, but when we go to get the tickets before we travel, nobody know this matter and for the drinking water in the room, we have been told is free to drink by hotel staff, but when we check out , the water is charged to our bill. Nobody can explan to us at all. Hotel not clean and people so unfriendly. We will never back to this hotel. weiyang wang, Singapore
