1. Location is graded "Average" simply because it is not easy to find even with the directions from the web site. A simple map or including distances between the points mentioned in the directions would have been helpful. Also so many of the near-by roads are either "bus only" or closed for road works or partially closed for major building works that one is liable to have to make a second circuit to get on the right road. Cleanliness is not graded "Very Good" simply because of a very large and obtrusive stain on the corridor carpet on Floor 4 which is rather unpleasant. William Hood, United Kingdom
