Apart from Executive lub where everyone was very friendly and helpfulremaining staff were not what I would expect of a hotel of this standard. when I checked out my pre-pay deposit as not deducted - when I politely pointed it out I was treated with a lot of disrespect, had to wait 30 minutes while they sorted themselves out and not even an apology for their mistake. 20-Aug-072. Room was pleasant and clean if on the smallish size with a slightly noisy airconditioner. The staff were efficient, pleasant and the food excellent. Good public transport outside the hotel, which was required as the main centres were some distance away. Alan Norton-Baker, Australia
