1. Superb hotel that I would certainly consider were I down in Taranaki again. Very central position in New Plymouth, secure parking and the Spa baths are definitely worth a mention!!!

2. The only time we were specifically disappointed was when ordering room service, we ordered off the menu but the actual order was not as it described on the menu - however hotel staff were happy to delete this cost from our bill.
