1. Clean and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. The furnishings a re perhaps a little tired but functional nonetheless.

2. Although basic and in need of some renovating, was fully self contained and airconditioned and some pay tv channels, unit provided a good base location for exploring Darwin and surrounds. Compared well price wise with other accommodation could have been a bit cleaner.
