1. The hotel was fine to stay in, but the service at reception was a disaster. There was only one person on check in and check out, trying to deal with a multitude of guests, while other members of staff seemed to be floating around doing nothing. Alan Kearney, Ireland
16-Feb-072. The service i recieved at this hotel was very friendly and the staff very knowledgable. When it came time to check out, they kept our luggage an additional 6hrs so that I could see a bit more of the area before leaving. The only complaint that i would have, is that the location of the hotel puts it at about 10km from the city center which means either a 20 euro cab ride or 45mins on public transportation. Furthermore, while the facilities were immaculate, the shower was a bit odd.... the partition for the shower only coverd about half of it and so water always sprayed onto the floor and door. brian worth, United States
