1. I travel a lot for business but on this occassion my wife and I were on a few days break in London. The hotel is very modern and clean. The City Cafe food is outstanding, even if a little expensive relative to London's normally high prices. There are plenty of very helpfull staff at all times of the day and night. Guest services / concierge allways willing and able to help. I would definately return to the City Inn over, say, the Hilton Park Lane which, while having a better location, is three times the price for terribly daggy rooms and average service. A short walk to Pimlico tube, london eye, parliament, abbey and big ben. Our walk to Buckingham Palace was about 25 minutes.
