1. The only thing we were unhappy with is that we had 4 towels for one week and if you wanted new towels it was a 10 Euro charge which is rather steep. we think this rather ridiculous. Also for what is on their breakfast buffet, 9 euros is extreme and we recommend you go out to many of the choices available near by. We would'nt want the buffet even if it was free. Few choices, grocery store quality sweet rolls and muffins. Otherwise it was a quiet, and a good amount of space to be comfortable. We would retrun there

2. Location is close to everything, metro, gallerie LaFayette, Printemps, the Opera, the Louvre.... Service was good and friendly. Staffs speak good english is were quite helpful. Have been to 2 apartments on 2 occasions. Everything was not bad, except for the air conditioning. Both times there is one aircon that didn't work. Had ask for repair and until the day we left (after 5 days there), it had not been fixed.
