1. A bit hard to find the place. The street it is on is not really a street per se, more like an alley. The train station is very close by and there are cafes everywhere. The Louvre Museum is a 15 minute walk, the Notre Dame is 20 minutes away. Would stay here again if I visit Paris again.

2. Would stay here again despite the smokey/musty smell which after a while you don't notice. Room is only serviced once a week. Additional toilet rolls etc are available on request. Handy little kitchenette. Location is the key: close to supermarkets; very close to Chatelet and Chatelet Les Halles metro and within walking distance of a number of attractions. Also close to the best Aussie pub in France!
