1. Good sized double room with a bath. Efficient and friendly staff. Minor problem with shower quickly rectified. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

2. Like most London-hotels of this standard, the rooms are fairly small. At first they gave us a room where we had to climb across the bed to get to the window, but after complaining we got a better room. Renovation was going on at the elevator and at the reception, but it was not a big problem. Breakfast was OK, so we got value for money and will probably look for this hotel next time around.
