1. there was a big group of school students booked in the hotel at the same time that i was. When i checked in I requested a room where there will not be as much noise. i was assured by the manager on duty that the students were under strict supervision and there will not be any disturbances. Loud music was heard until 2am. I was upset that the manager could have changed my room but he didn't. he didn't even bother to enquire from me later that evening whether i was comfortable and if the music was disturbing me. So NO i will never use this hotel again
