1. The resort was very clean and tidy and offered good facilities for kids at ages 9-12. The rooms were very nice and suited the purpose. I missed foxtel being available and an internet location on the resort to have communication for mail and net access as like many others I run a business and while away we still need to be able to access these everyday. 24-Apr-072. Reception staff very untrained. Were not able to give us internet access for laptop. When questioned about location of Abbey Beach resort where we were attending a conference, staff told us it was 5km away, when in actual fact it was 3 doors down - a walkway along the beach actually gave excellent access to the other hotels nearby. Reception also could not provide a telephone number for a taxi service. Reception desk not available after 7pm at night. Staff in restaurant very friendly but eaqually inexperienced.
