1. Swimming pool was okay but need some restauration even as the sauna. Breakfast was good, typical English breakfast, rooms were very spacious and modern. Free internet service for customers is a plus! Very polite staff and services. Location to get to the center is a little difficult, but should be no problem if you like to walk and see some of the business-site of London.

2. Check-in woeful. Parking 5pm until 8am £22, complete rip-off.
