2. We were a bit nervous before our stay having read some negative reviews of Bickenhall. However, our experience was overall positive. The location is great, the price great (for London) and the rooms were clean and adequate. Breakfast was excellent. The floorboards do squeak (as noted by others) but not a big problem. If you don't like stairs, ask for a room on a low floor (no lift).
