1. A quiet tree-lined location! Convenient short walk to Paddington Main Line Station with its many Underground routes and with several bus routes including to Westminster, London Zoo and other tourist sites. Excellent value.

2. The room was newly refurbished and though the 'bathroom' had every 'convenience' it was a bit of a tight fit to get in the shower. My room opened out into a basement courtyard and when it rained it was a bit of a chore to get up into the hotel for breakfast (orange squash not juice). The metal stairs needed caution so not suitable for elderly or disabled.
