1. Great location! Not satisfied with the staff in reception, we asked them to help me and my girlfriend to order a table at a restaurant, the guy agreed but charged us for a single call he made. They hardly smiled at arrival. The room service staff came straight in our room without knocking on the door, even though we had the "do not disturb" sign hanging outside... Irritating!! Lack in service but otherwise quiet good for a short stay as you don't spend much time at the hotel. The room was tiny, so was the bathroom. Not all the facilities written on their site were available. Such as tea/coffee maker. Do book a table at [other hotel] for a dinner, it's fantastic!!

2. Great location (few minutes from both RER and metro). A must is the excellent Italian round the corner (le Modigliani) Very reasonable and Excellent food and service. I expected the bathrooms to be small after hearing about them on the web but you don't spend any time there anyway. Clean and there's a bath and shower and twin sinks. Perfect. Close to metro for links all over. Very pleased with hotel.
