1. I spent three wonderful nights in Paris at the Lorette Opera. The hotel boasts stylish, modern decor and the lobby, downstairs breakfast room and outside terrace are of particular note with their exposed brickwork and chic furnishings. The rooms could be considered small (you are in Paris!) but they were clean, comfortable and had stylish bath/shower rooms. The in-built room safe was a bonus. Location-wise the hotel is within walking distance of the lively Pigalle and Montmatre districts (and the Sacre Coeur) in one direction and the fashionable Opera district in the other. There is a metro stop just outside the hotel and you can travel directly to the Place de la Concorde and the Left Bank in a few minutes. The hotel has no bar but there is a pretty square nearby where you can enjoy the Parisian cafe culture, which I much preferred! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel: it offered great value for money and the staff were lovely. All in all an excellent stay!
