1. I was generally pleased with my choice of hotel, it was clean, all staff were very friendly and the location to metro was excellent. I was extremely dissappointed in the parking. We were a party of 9 arriving with 3 cars and booked this hotel mainly because it said it had parking, we arrived to find none available as they only had 6 spaces and they were all full. It was not easy to find nearby parking.

2. We were disturbed more than once after placing do not disturb sign on door. Bed sheets were not changed on one day either.
