1. Single room was very small. No air-con so room was sweltering on a hot weekend in London

2. Good value for a 3 star. Especially enjoyed the breakfast and the free internet usage in the bar. The use of hot water in the bath has to be learnt.( but not from the front desks who do not have any idea and could not help when the maintenace people have gone home). The double rooms in the basement were of good sizes. Good location near the tube station and pubs.
