1. The hotel was in a very good area where we could travel to most of the venues by the MRT. There was only one problem and that was that our room was on the same level as the pool and I think it was the pool pump we could hear running while in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would return but make sure of the room.

2. The staff were extremely helpful and freindly and service was prompt. The meals in the Makkasan Restaurant and the Bakery were excellent - quality, freshness, presentation - all superb. Thanks to the Managment and staff for our first very enjoyable Thai holiday. PS: Massage to be recommended.
