1. There are some things are showing its age and wear & tear. The staff seems over worked and harried, and not at all helpful in setting up reservations for museums although the guy who came after my second call about the TV was most pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were very good so it was possible to skip lunch entirely. I'm not sure I'd go back because there are so many hotels in that area and maybe for the same price one could get something nicer. Robert Harden, United States
