3 km to the Airport
1. Booked hotel for location mainly as needed a room near the airport, however on arriving in Bangkok we discovered once in the taxi that this hotel was indeed a 1 hour journey from airport. Staff however friendly on arrival and room clean, however in need of refurbishment. Pauline Travers, United Kingdom
17-Jan-072. Unfortunately no longer near the airport (but we were made aware of that and offered the chance to cancel for a fee). There was no food available in the hotel as they were having pest control. All the facilities were closed (games room, bowling alley etc) with the exception of a salon (seperate business). Also the "complimentary" transfer to the Airport was not honoured as there was no longer a hotel vehicle. We booked a taxi for 5.00 am so we could get to the airport, when we went downstairs at 4.55 there was no taxi, a chap went out into the street to flag one down. 5.15 we finally got a taxi. Awful hotel would strongly recommend staying well clear. Julia Wooster, United Kingdom
