1. Very good location, not too big but proper and clean rooms with good bed and bed linen, nice breakfast over the roofs of Brussels.

2. Very central location, very near Grand Place. The street's a bit seedy and the entrance can be difficult to spot, but the hotel is fine and they're renovating. Although there's nothing special about the hotel or the breakfast (except the great view of the Grand Place), there's nothing to complain about either. For the location and the price, it's pretty good. A good middle-ground between "budget" hotels and "too expensive" hotels.
