1. The breakfast that is served in Arcantis really can not be described as a cold buffet breakfast and also what is called a bar really is nothing more than two chairs in the lobby.

2. Terrible neihborhood. The lights did not work on the floor where I stayed and someone told me they had the same problem on another floor. The hotel does not deserve 3 stars.
