1. the only thing i have cause to complane is that there was only part time receptionists from 8am to 12am and then 3pm to 8pm. apart from that it was a very nice hotel. robert montgomery, United Kingdom
28-Mar-072. Very impersonal and depressing. There was only one staff for the entire hotel, and only for part of the day. Checking in took over one hour (even though there were only 8 people in line) because there was only 1 person serving and there seemed to be many complicated circumstances and everyone seemed to be a special case. The rooms were a depressing dull grey and totally lacking the human touch. Definitely not recommended. Anonymous
