1. The only thing which was annoying is that the hotel pool was closed for my final 2 days at this hotel. The only reason I stayed there was for the pool. when myslef and other guests tried to reach management, the front desk attendanats tried to offer us cocktyails. I left 3 msgs for the GM. 24-Aug-072. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. I was greeted warmly and the staff was very helpful with every request I had. The hotel was clean, the decor was cool and the bed was comfy. It's not a posh, over the top SoBe hotel, but it was simple and elegant. While I didn't have time to check out the pool, it looked ok from my hotel window. I would absolutely return to this hotel again. dolores saporito, United States
